Authors and their books that I have enjoyed

  I plan to use this page to tell about authors I like and books I have enjoyed reading.

I will start with Jemima Brigges. This is her author name. She has a lovely series taking place in Shropshire, England in the late 1700's and early 1800's. These are 4 of her seven books. These books are sagas telling the stories of several families. The books give vivid depictions of how people of all walks of life lived and often struggled to survive. I have read 3 in the series and have the others on my Kindle. They are on my plan to read soon list. If you are a lover of history, you will love these books.
